Peckham’s is a unique Scottish delicatessen chain, or ‘vintner & victualer’ as they like to dub themselves. Upon their inception, almost 30 years ago, the company’s aim was to sell a wide range of quality foods, many of which were hard to source in this country. While achieving this objective, they also vowed to remain open late every night like a proper convenience store, one that everyone in the neighbourhood would value. Since then, a sprinkling of Peckham’s stores have sprung up across the country as proof of the deli’s success.
